If that Pontiac is a 1950 then it have a 1949 front .
Ryan thanx for the tour I love the Catalina, the Electra and the Starchief, guess I'm a freak for Buicks and Pontiacs, and also the 58 Biscayne, looking so complete and I wouldn't mind having the belvedere, it's not as ugly as some cars I've seen, I still think 59 Biscayne from coldwarmotors is one my all time faves even partially finished and used a daily driver yard car, I love the eyebrow front and catseye taillights, first time when they were my grandfather had one and I loved, he had something different a year or two later, so disappointed, also check the 61 Belvedere saved from the crusher, cleaned up pretty and he had a windshield with a tiny nick to put in it, again thanx for sharing with us
Great walk around. Always liked 54 2 door sedan Chevy, and 60 s with 348s
The Dodge Fluid Drive was unique in that you can drive it like a 3 on the tree or put it in a drive gear, accelerate to 20 mph or so, let off the gas pedal, listen for a click, it shifts automatically into drive, the drive normal. Like a 2 speed automatic but it shifted into the drive gear after the click. My father had one until 1963. I was only 5-7 but thought it strange. Car was also slow as molasses. Had a 6 cylinder flathead. You still had to use the clutch to get started, but only once.

Hey Ryan, an easy way to know if you have a 57 or 58 Cadillac/GM/Most cars. 57 had 2 headlights, 58's had 4 headlights. I'm sure there may be exceptions, but it applies to most cars as for my experience. And I think 59 was the best year for fins for GM'S, (especially Cadillac) Thanks for the video
Sooner or later, you're gonna listen to Ralph Nader.
It's a 1950 Dodge

I'm kind of looking for a 60 Impala
Very cool video, thank you for taking the time to show us the very cool cars and trucks. The coolest is that blue and white 68-70 chevy sportvan 108, then that Hella rare 58 caddie hearse,as well as that white corvair panel van the other corvairvans were cool and that 65 Belair 4 door, I love the 65 and 66 chevys be the an impala, belair, biscayne or caprice but I want another station wagon version. I'm the crazy person who would buy a 66 or 67 malibu wagon over an SS . I love my 3rd Gen camaros but I'm a long roof lover wagons, vans and burbans or panel trucks . Those Edsels were cool but a wagon version is the coolest version
My top choice would be that '59 Buick 4-door bubble top. Don't see too many of them around.
Had a 1951 Dodge Meadowbrook, fun to drive!
The Bonneville👌
Nader was paid by ford to write the book unsafe at any speed to kill the corvair that had nothing to compete
Another great video. There are some really nice old cars at that local. When I was a kid, my dad had a 54 Caddy with hydraulic power windows and one of them sprung a leak and the bottom of the door panel was soaked with hydraulic fluid! Probably a design idea they didn't think through well enough!
That 58 Biscayne is so much better than the 58 Impala. Save the Biscayne!
What's the game plan for this lot? Do Jennifer and her hubs plan to restore them all over the next 20-30 years? Or restore a few and sell the rest?
Are any of these for sale?
That Dodge is a 50. My Dad had a 49 when I was a kid. A lot of those cars look like buildable projects. I hope the owner doesn't just let them sit and become parts cars as so often seems to happen.
The 1962 Plymouth Fury and Dodge Dart were the cars that got Virgil fired, for the wacky styling, sales then slid. But, they made good drag race cars.
Fluid drive used the clutch to get rolling and the automatic took over.
Nice iron in that yard ! Wow
Another awesome video love the black 57 caddy 2 door hardtop I wish you would have shown the black square body in the background I am sitting here with my buddy gary from Iowa I told you before he goes up there for 6 months in the summer. I want to let you know I got my insulation up in my garage thanks for the video on it today we had sod delivered this is Feb 18 when I am talking to you big car show tomorrow at the elks lodge we are in vero beach fl looks like you are getting some bad weather coming stay warm it's 82 here. I am driving my 57 Chevy 2 door hardtop to the show 383 stroker it has a Paul Newman chassis under it which is like a c4 Corvette chassis. With a 700r4 355 gears. Talk to you soon looking forward to your next video.
My favorites of the cars were the 55 & 56 Cadillacs , my first cadillac was a 55 , i loved that car , but lost her in a flood when i was 20 years old , im 66 now and own a 94 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham .
Is this cars for sale
What's the price on the 63 impala 5:09
Are any of them for sale
Ralph Nader
the 348 has a turboglide trans
Nice sweater! GO Cyclones!
FYI" "Guidematic," lol, not "Guide-o-matic." Last year for tradition Cadillac upward projecting fins = 1964
First year for the auto eye was 52' as you stated. That was also the 50th anniversary year for Cad. First year for the dual exhausts through the bumper, optional power steering too. Last year for the old 6 volt system.
Entire MoPar line-up for 1961 was ultra eccentric…and was Virgil Exner's coffin. Elwood Engle of 61' Lincoln fame would be spirited away to "normalize" the styling.
Nice walk around. I have 2 favorites, the 2dr 60 Pontiac Catalina and the 2dr 53 Bel Air. I'm getting ready to start working on 62 Fleetside Shortbed Big back Window and 63 Stepside small back Window c10s. Currently working on 66 Fleetside Longbed sbw with v8 283 to get ready to sell along with its common slightly rusted out areas. Anyways, Love to see yours and others. Been watching awhile. Stay safe out there, wasp time coming soon. Trucker Ray ✝️
I liked the Bonny in the sticker bushes. Too bad you couldn't take a peak inside. Pontiacs were forward looking interiors. The one car that I never see in these old yard tours is the 1960 Dodge. I guess what could be saved was all saved 40 years ago. Would love to have the 60 Matador, but I would even take a 60 Seneca 4dr at this point.
OOO yeeahh. Love that 58 caddy coupe. she is awesome. What a cruiser she would be. I agree with you Ryan.
Yep Nothings for sale……. until they are all rusty and f..kd. and the owners have died in years to come. Just like you last vid I watched with the large estate of rusty junk. Why do these people rescue them and let them rot.??? Should pass them on to someone who will appreciate and put them back on the road where they belong. And make some good money along the way. Win Win for the cars and everybody involved. otherwise whats the point. …..???
Cool car 😄👍👍👏👏
Very cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looking for 1972 Chevelle / Malibu driverside fender .
Wish we had more Ryan's in this world glad to see classic vehicle's are your interest, nice video Ryan.
My friend if you don't know about cars all cars. Then drop your channel. Wow fluid drive and you don't know any thing. The clutch is used for first & reverse. One free lesson.
One would think these yards would take an inventory and go online and connect with others who need parts.
All those beautiful Cadillacs should be in an "Enclosed Wherehouse", and COVERED UP!! WOW.
Ralph Nader
Ralf Nader was the one who said that the Corvairs were not safe,he said the same thing about the Ford Pinto.

Ralph Nader is your corvair nazi
