Love these videos! Love technical overviews of cars in my favorite series!
Fantastic video Marshall! Great series- thank you!
Thanks Marshall. Love this series on the cars. Fascinating pieces.
Are those exhaust tips 3D printed titanium?
Awesome, can't wait for more deep dives on engines and suspension!

Is the steering wheel part of the "standardized component" in the GTP class?
Because i see the same style of steering wheel on the Acura video and it's also made from Cosworth.
This is great.
MP these videos are just solid gold. Well done!
I'm not fully understanding everything. But I love hearing it all.
👃
Great vid and I love your pronunciation of Porsche! 👍 Not like the wide-spread "porsh" or "porshee". Greetings from germany!
Really appreciate your thorough and clear descriptions of all these details on the car. These new LMH and LMDh racers are rad; and I'm sure I'm not alone in finding race car airflow management really fascinating. Cheers!
I LOVE THIS CHANNEL ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, PLEASE I HOPE TO SEE MUCH MORE OF YOUR VIDEOS AND THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE LOVE THE IN DEPTH TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF YOUR VIDEOS ON THE CARS ,,,,,,,,,,, PLEASE DON'T LET THAT GO IT MEANS SO MUCH TO US ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very informative video, crisp picture quality, which lead to some many questions of the car itself. at 01:34 front shot, on the front side of the nose(lower to ground), there is a copper color cylinder, is this the steering rack? However, the tie-rod which connects to uprights are about 120mm above and 50mm aft… Or is this copper color thing an electrically-adjustable ARB?🎯
Hi, gibt es das Bosch Overtake Radar noch? Tolle Technikerklärung!!
It´s weird that this engine is the quietest of all. In DTM without turbochargers, it was unbelivable/unbearable loud. Would have been nice if that sound lived on.
The in-depth analysis is really nice!
They have the coolest brake lights.
A bit bummed by the muffled sound of that V8 (the NA DTM version was a screamer)
Can you imagine what an Audi GTP would Look Like? With that Single Frame Grill, as Part of the Front Aeropackage…
Great video man thanks! 👍
What a great description of a race car. Congrats!
BMW ain’t playing
Shame it looks awful
air venting for the lighting! with all the technology in these cars, *surprised they don't fill in the slots of them Phillips screws 3:00 Such great info / video can't wait for this season!
* J/k
You had me glued to the screen, I love your content…
MOST EXCELLENT VIDEO THANK YOU! HOPE IMSA RETURNS TO SAME LEVEL OF GTP CARS AS IT WAS IN THE CAMEL GT ERA!
Great video ! With BMW and Porsche entered, just need Audi and Mercedes to bring some cars to GTP.. Also, glad to see Acura and Cadillac in that class. Can't wait for the race !!
It looks like a BMW with that grill. Someone should show the people designing the buck-tooth road cars. lol
@2:27 "one more item that is unique to the BMW, and the Caddilac……."
Someone please show this utter nob the definition of UNIQUE.
Is this the same drivetrain as what’s going into the upcoming g90 m5?
Fascinating tech analysis!
BMW V8 wow 😳
why they use other chassis like Dallara? why dont they build their own chassis if they are práctically buildins the car from scratch?
It would just be cool if the top of the food chain racing cars were based off of road cars. It's so far removed that it's essentially not even relevant anymore. Sure the tech trickles down but it's just a shame and makes it unexciting for me. GTP cars from back in the day like the 935 closely resembled the street cars, made it relevant and exciting. I got really excited with the hyper car class, thought we would be seeing legit homologated hyper cars with their racing variants but we aren't.
Pretty much an Engineering Design Art Masterpiece!
“”Tech” killed BMW. Along with crumbling plastics and wire harnesses.
IMSA has become incredible racing
BMW KING❤️❤️🔥🔥💪💪💪👑👑👑
