Been doing the floor jack thing for over 30 years. Mercedes 107 SL's would break subframes and the lower control arm would fall off. The car would come in on a flat bed and I would use the floor jack under the broken control arm and drive it in while a coolie would steer the jack. Only wat to get the jack across the lot was on the larger fixed front wheels.
Stick a fork in it, it's done.
