Magnificent work Dave looks better than the original in my opinion. I also loved the long vid you experience in doing this is very inspiring makes me want to go out and buy a bone to weld on lol nice work mate 👍
I predict a very impressed MOT inspector when they see that, it's beautiful metal sculpture.
good job dave looks better than ford did keep up the good work looking forward to your next installment
Very early shell, has the shock carrier not the later turret type. Nice work 👌🏻
Good job Dave, are you going to replace the rear panel boot catch rib or does it just need reworking?
Beautiful job Dave 👏 spot on👍
I have the feeling you can turn your hand to anything you put your mind to, top quality work.
Brilliant job Dave 👍👍
Excellent job Dave and an excellent idea. Are you still having the spare wheel in there?
Just incredible Dave, can't say anything else. have finally started work again on my project and, guess what? Thought I was through with all the welding but just found another bunch of rot! Wish I had your bead roller, not worth buying one now, I will have to make do with the hammer and vice. I can still get a new panel from BMW but they are about £350, so even if it takes me all day to fabricate patches it is still worth the saving. But, I have finished painting all the larger panels now, just got wings, sunroof, headlight covers, sill covers, mirrors and rear bumper to paint, so not too bad now. Look forward to next video, well done mate.
Brilliant video as always, this gives confidence to me when looking at similar work to come.
Nice bit of work Dave… she’s getting there slowly but surely, can’t wait to see what’s next 👏👍
Did like the future welded section flashed in to the first corner section of the video, had to go back to check I was seeing things.
Great work dave fabrication skills made to look easy with excellent explanation top job
Great work on filling in the twll.
Great work on the boot and the video Dave, thanks.
Lovely patterned boot floor 'isn't it'. Well done dave. Always looking forward to the next upload.
Hi Dave great video as always, good content and advice. Nice use of the bead roller.
Can I please advise you guard the gears on that bead roller, as you are using it they create a nip. It puts shivers down my spine as to what could be drawn into it.
Keep up the good work.
Steve 👍
Fantastic work looking forward for next one
