7:25 this is not something you should be singing about. Toyota is known for its reliability, not for being a money pit.
My Toyota's lasted $296,000 miles, and 327,000 mi respectively.
Make it into a wagon and Iβll be interested.
Exterior just doesnβt look good anymore. I have a 2019 xle and happy itβs not stuffed with useless tech.
The βdynamicβ killed nearly all sedans with people moving to more comfortable SUVs and crossovers. This isnβt the best of news, getting what you didnβt buy a Camry for
How long will the battery last and what will it cost to replace it?
Just wait till you get the insurance bill for these hybrids. They'll change their mind
borrowed this car today, took my two favorite cambered corners at 65 and 75 mph, and top speed pulled easily to 108 before running out of road. no heavy saloon is a sports car with longer braking points, but can win races on the street for a dose of adrenaline
What model of the Camry comes with those Toyota wheels/ rims @2:25?
As a HUGE Honda fan boy, with what Honda did with the new Accord and Toyota the new Camry, the new Camry wins this gen. Honda and Toyota swapped positions on styling this gen. The last get Accord MURDERED the Camry, but this gen goes to Toyota. I HATED the last gen Camry the front and rear end were NOT cohesive AT ALL. As an owner of a 2.0t 6-speed Accord Sport, if i were to purchase either one of these TODAY, I would buy the Camry.
Idk why they put those odd lines on the passenger side dash but I hate it so much
the passenger
was always a Subaru guy
Mad respect to Toyota for not throwing away the physical buttons. The huge touch screens obsession really got out of control.
Bought a 2023 Hybrid in SX (AUS ) trim! Drives surprisingly well, sports suspension which you can really push hard on around corners, rides very well, looks great & 800km to 48 litres & you can get 850km to 48 litres is you try! Hard to comprehend how Toyota could actually improve on it! It's an unbelievabley good car!
The button design look very old and cluttered.
would have considered it more if it wasnt so butt ass ugly
Can you compare Camry vs Sonata vs Accord ?
A nice car – they should offer the ventilated seats as a standalone upgrade. I've had a moonroof/sunroof for 20 years – never opened it except the day I bought the cars but had to get them as part of a pacakge. Also what is the deal with them determined to have you have bad sound. You can get the stock unit with the really crappy speakers but if you get the upgrade package, we can put in some mediocre JBL speakers to upgrade it to alarm clock quality. Do they know that companies like JL, Focal, B&W and even pioneer make much better speakers?
I test drove both cars, glad that the Camry has indeed improved its driving dynamics. It looks better than the usual boring Camry norm.
The Accord still drives better and itβs more refined than the Camry, thereβs more steering feedback in the Accord compared to the numb steering of the Camry.
Iβll take the better driving experience of the Accord over the Camry.
It looks like a Lexus IS turned into a Camry instead of an updated Camry
To me, when it holds the revs, it sounds like crap
I am seeing 35,000 for the SE at any dealership in my area. Not 32.
I own a 2019 camry se and it has been great at 115000 miles so far the only issue is road noise from thin doors I put stereo insulation in hte doors and trunk and upgraded the stereo with an amp and better speakers and sub. I did put a pedal commander on the throttle as it had a lag in it other than that this thing has been perfect. I am not completely sold on hybrid only they should continue making the regular engine car IMO. I do like the new model though it looks nice and the display is way better and the front bumper looks better and obviously the MPG looks great. I think Toyota aside from the ugly Trucks make great cars and keep progressing ahead of the competition.
My 2025 Camry XSE now has 500 miles on it and love the car. One issue I have is the noise the hybrid system makes when you slow down or back up. I don't hear it in your test drives despite watching lots of them. The dealer says it is normal for a hybrid, but I'd love some feedback regarding this issue.
I just wished we could see more the actual vehicle while you guys talk. This looks more like a talk between two friends and not a car review.
This is a very impressive car. Never considered a Camry before- but now, the value proposition is really compelling. Itβs on this shoppers list π
the cheapest (LE) is the best
fewer crap to break down
lighter
normal tires for better rolling resist
These guys give the silliest reviews on YT. They contradict themselves all the time. And they exaggerate so much. Yes, you could buy a more dynamic car than a Camry, but they were never a "total sh-t box", they've always been a relatively capable car, good at most things, while not outstanding. All at a fair price, with good reliability and ease of maintenance. I had 2 v6 Camry's years ago and I found them really good.
Rather get an Elantra, feels more roomy. I don't know why I feel so cramped in the Camry and Sonata and not the Elantra.
