Pricey members, I’ve been wrapping my head round my but unsuccesful paddleshifters retrofit. Please somebody assist .
This is my guidelines:
Pre-wired? CHECK. There may be one AWG22 cable operating from FEM (pin5) to SZL (pin3).
Coded FEM7/3190 paddles Verbaut = Lively + 2TB
Some boards declare that it’s price to test the resistance values with a multimeter. Listed below are my values for the left shifter: 0.9kOhm (unpressed), 0.268kOhm (pressed). For the rights shifter: 1kOhm (unpressed), 1175 kOhm (pressed)
I would measure mistaken right here
The harness cable was not orginal, however after exchanging some wires on the 3-pin connector, my steering wheel buttons began to work once more.
How would I confirm that both my harness cable (the remaining 6-pin) connector or shifters are defective? Additionally see photographs.
