Consumers who’ve already positioned an order on an electrical automobile or plan to take action by December 31, 2023 will nonetheless be eligible for the rebate.
South Australia’s three-year registration exemption will stay for drivers till June 30, 2025.
Residents who buy an electrical automobile with a sticker value under $68,750 can apply for a registration exemption which the federal government says supplies a saving of $148 per yr.
Drivers who’ve bought an electrical automobile between October 28, 2021 and December 31, 2023 however are but to assert their $3000 rebate are nonetheless ready to take action earlier than the brand new yr.
