Tesla windshield is extraordinary expensive but yet, it kept cracking due to rock/chip. Is there a way to work around this issue? 2nd, would insurance carriers gonna penalize us due to these claims?

In your charging expense comparison you quote a kWh cost of about $.13. That sounds like just the electricity cost. For me, I also pay a delivery cost per kWh and that's about the same as the energy cost so the real cost is about twice the quoted cost. It seems like a lot of people don't factor this in – did you?
I detect you are still trying to convince yourself. Tesla still has a lot of work to do on fit and finish. As a Tesla 3 owner.
The real test will be after 150k miles and to see if the battery has had to be replaced.
You need to include insurance cost, EV are 2x the price to cover almost eliminating gas savings.
Cheap now till the govt gets people hooked and then double the cost or triple electrical costs.

I compared it to my old f25 x3 3.5 based on HP. That mpg was around 18mpg combined. 50k miles at 5.50 for premium comes to a little over 15k in gas.
windshield replacement is covered by insurance but check your premium when you renew, it will be be there as a claim for 5 years and the insurance company's way of increasing your premium

Nobody will want to buy it after battery warranty expires unless the battery was changed.
The real question that needs to be answered is how long do the batteries actually last? Does it really need replacement around 150k miles for an exorbitant cost?
Tires 🛞? Sounds as if you’re changing tires about every 25,000 miles? Are there more expensive tires you can purchase that may last longer?
the model y is most comparable to the bmw x3 m340 in terms of size, weight, and performance. not the rav4
