Contessa was underpowered!.For all the hyperbole in the description in the video,its performance was poor due to the weight of the car mated with just 1500 cc 4 cylinder engine( Ambassador engine)!.For 0- 60 MPH , it took more than 14 seconds !.Sluggish performance !.

I really don't understand how this car is even considered a muscle car. The only thing associated with "muscle car" are the looks and to be frank, most of the cars during that era had a similar design and it was considered a status symbol as well. Reliability issues, and lack of power and many more.
