Mahindra & Mahindra on Thursday mentioned a US court docket has allowed its subsidiary to maintain producing and promoting the post-2020 model of its off-road automobile Roxor within the American market. The Japanese District Courtroom of Michigan on July 19, 2023, issued its opinion and order on Fiat Chrysler Car’s (FCA’s) renewed movement to enjoin the Publish-2020 Roxor and based mostly on its evaluation declined to use the protected distance rule to this case as sought by FCA, Mahindra & Mahindra mentioned in a regulatory submitting.
