I wouldn't get too excited about some of what you're encountering. For instance my 2018 base model Accord warns me to put my hands on the wheel and will also warn me I'm drowsy with a coffee icon and warning. I don't think being on your phone is illegal everywhere. I guess it could reference your location and whether it is illegal there.

Nothing to do with your video, which was great. Just wanted to say that I think I would be distracted with all the controls being on the screen. With a car that has normal buttons, it's mostly muscle memory that takes over and I don't really look at them, I just know where they are.
