That ought to be RWHP numbers. SAE correction is about standardizing for atmospheric situations (temperature, altitude, and humidity) since these have a huge impact on energy.
I havent seen crank HP reported from a dyno with out mentioning the correction issue for estimated driveline loss.
Im fairly positive that is wheel horsepower.
