Rivian and Tesla will go under as soon as the big three in the U.S. decide to turn on them. GM will take one and Ford will take the other. Competition is bad for business and it’s easier to screw over employees.
my neighbor bought a rivian truck. I thought it was the ugliest thing the first time I saw it in the rear view mirror. I got to take a ride and feel that ugly truck launch…. it was amazing.

I wouldn't own ANY EV's truck, van or sedan from any automaker.

Been working at this place for a minute, factory I work at is a mess honestly. They got more contractors than genuine workers. I swear they’re just beating up the homeless and forcing them to work lol
Cost wise we’re gonna wait til Tesla releases their Super Truck! Which already has over 1,000,000 pre orders. We don’t and won’t make a decision til we test drive Tesla’s which coulx be this year!
The Tesla is gonna have 500 mile range and more charging stations than any competitor! 0-60 in 2.9 seconds!

I don't want an electric vehicle at all. Fun toy if you're rich, not interested in govt controlling my ability to travel via rationing of electricity. And they're not green, just a fun toy.

I love Rivian
Rivian seems to be struggling but on the right track as far as making a quality product. There have been bumps but they are innovating to find solutions on all fronts. This is a major under taking. Their vehicles are on par with tesla.
Anyone spending that kind of money on a prototype is crazy.

6 months in: Now we see that Elon likes to sue whoever comes up with tech that outperforms his own grade-school-limited thoughts. He's publicly suing Threads for the same idea because he fired people and then they went to go work elsewhere. He's going to lose the Threads suit, too, just by the way. Or beeteebubs as you kids like to say!
And then now we also see that Elon is trying to play nice and "opening up" his charging network to everyone. Yeah. You think he had much of a choice?
Rivian is going to be just fine. Some other also but when a car isn't a truck……….
Yeah um, that is not a Tesla roadster. At Least it was an early model S but definitely not a roadster
