Getting ready to go row. At least itโs Friday.
The eye of Ra on the seabring says it all..not something that should be trusted.
Also in my experience it pays to avoid Volvo from 2005 upward. Un less you like blowing money fixing prob after prob.
Only found you this past week Jimmy, enjoyable content thanks for making it

It's funny that you mention the Mini Cooper. When they first came out I wanted one. Red with a white roof. Just recently I had a conversation with my landlady's grand daughter. She wanted a Mini. She ended up with a nice little Scion as her first car. I told her she made a wise decision. The Mini would have driven her to the poor house for sure.
I have the hero 9 black and it has worked great. No glitches in a year. Knock on wood! Great video. And I feel the same way about scopes and flat-rate. The swap-nostics works great 99% of the time. I can't justify 45 mins of set-up for an hour diag IF that 45 mins doesn't get results. Take care and keep rowing brother.
Ford Boss me yesterday at 6:55 button cover kit – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkL04hn0qQ4
Only good vehicle VW made was the Routan which was a rebranded Chrysler minivan. The Mini Coopers, the automatic transmissions are junk in them
Hey Jimmy. A long time ago I was a GM fan but after a S10, Saturn and a 2002 Camaro I am done with their junk. About 60,000 you had better get rid of them, if they make it that far.
Awesome as always keep rowing
And make it an awesome day
8mm = 5/16". So you have 3/8 and 5/16 there.
Had a utube whiz criticize me for asking why not use a pressure gauge instead of his pressure sensor, Pico. and laptop setup.
The scope, if you aren't proficient with its use it'll burn a ton of time. I would bet to say Eric O spent no more than 20 minutes setting up and getting a camshaft waveform out of that van. Sure, the first dozen times using it you will burn up a few hours at a time. BUT can save a TON of time and head scratching in the long run.
Different example, I struggled with programming. I spent days going through it at a time to get everything set up and to get proficient. Last week I flashed a Used Ford Trans for the shift strategy. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Did a GM fuel pump driver in about an hour including programming and parts swap out.

The Chrysler Sebring is the perfect car to buy for the wife right before the divorce proceedings are final.
WELL ONE THING IS FOR SURE.U WILL GET TO A POINT THAT U CAN DO ANYTHING U WISH FOR IN LIFE WITHOUT THINKING SO MUCH…..THANK U FOR ONE MORE VIDEO….
Another great day in the shop! Is that a reindeer nose in the dash of that Buick ๐คฃ๐คฃ
I like your way of diagnosing. Basic old school way. Checking the basics first even on newer cars can speed up the process. I'm a younger diesel tech 27 years old. And it's all process of elimination. Thanks for the great content!
great job fyi ast tools make all metal disconnect tools and they have one just for gm hoses
Are you using a 3/8" impact gun or 1/2" impact gun to take off the lug nuts?
You're on a roll with the funny bits. Thanks for another interesting video Jimmy. ๐ ๐ ๐
I use that brake tool all the time love it
Which mini the German BMW mini or British Austin rover mini? ,Hope I haven't confused you I know the German mini is garbage but the British upto 1994 was ok they used the k series engine on the last ones, then Austin rover went broke BMW bought the mini rights and ever since they are crap on wheels.
Great video tonight Jimmy only the best for us Brits ๐๐ป๐ฌ๐ง๐บ๐ฒ

Youโre amazing Jimmy. I keep going back to your channel for diag tips. The way you walk through a diag process is 2nd to none. How you explain what it could be as you go along. Itโs the kind of knowledge you canโt get with college credits. Dare I say I might start taking notes while I watch. You have a lot to teach us new guys. I think to date my favorite vid is diagnosing that bad thermostat on the Chevy Equinox. I never wouldโve guessed the thermostat is junk. Keep teaching us. ๐

Your the real thing bro,, I subscribed and hit bell. Glad I saw video today
I'm curious. I've been working on cars my entire life as a shadetree. Why would someone vacuum bleed brakes as opposed to pressure bleeding. I use a cheap pressure bleeder to push the fluid thru. Is there an advantage to vacuum bleeding? Please understand that I'm in no way criticizing, just trying to learn from a pro. Professional technicians receive training that a shadetree has probably never had so I'm always seeking to learn things. I'm gonna start working on my '70 super bee(yea..yea.., I know. It's a Dodge! Lol) Anyways, thanks again for continuing to post these videos. I'm always happy to learn new techniques and info. Have a great day Jimmy!
