We received the official horsepower and torque numbers of the EQE SUV and AMG EQE SUV after we filmed our video. The EQE 350 has 288 horsepower and 564 lb-ft of torque, the EQE 500, 402 horsepower and 633 lb-ft of torque, both AWD. The official EV range of the EQE SUV has not been announced yet, but we do have some unofficial numbers with up to 550 km/341 miles on the European test cycle. The AMG EQE SUV offers a performance-oriented drive concept boasting 687 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque with an optional AMG dynamic plus package. Without the package, 617 horsepower. It goes 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds with the dynamic package with a top speed of 240 km, without the package, 220 km.
This ultra luxury vehicle with 50 inch screen is exactly what we need right now with the recession and housing/stock market crashing.

Looks nice, but the mileage is low, at 550 Km range – that's about 250 miles – not exciting. The rest of the vehicle is a smaller version of the EQS SUV, which is adequate for most families.
One question: how is it legal (at least in US) to not have a rear bumper?

All the biggest size EVs are now riding on 19" to 22" wheels. Fine when they are new until 2 to 3 years or 50 to 60k km later, the tire shops will give you a wild quote of $2000 to $6000 cdn for 4 tires. Imagine $6k every 3 years
Well i appreciate your efforts to promote this car, but i think most potential customers wouls prefer some honest comparison regarding the specs….
I would just sell my house and live in this vehicle.
I’ll probably buy an EQE once they’re readily available and when there is no dealer “gouge factor” added. I drive an E350 now that I really like and the EQE looks about right for me. I do like the Tesla but the minimalist design, user-interface is probably best appreciated by those who are 4 years out of high school. Quite frankly I like real buttons, knobs, and physical controls for the main stuff like what Mercedes uses now. Great review.
