They may not have the best battery,(catl and gotion are a little ahead-AT THIS MOMENT) But byd is ahead in selling their cars all over the world. Tesla really screwed up when they announced the 4680 battery 2 years ago without knowing how difficult mass producing it would be and has lost the lead.Byd and other chinese companys will take over the $40,000 and under market.
