4 years of NY winters and Fluid Filmed every year. Still mint 😉👍
About 6 years ago my car developed a self lubricating chassis system that has prevented rust. But I think it's getting to the point where it's over lubricating now, guess I should just replace the oil pan gasket. 🤷♂️
Gotta have that true coat. If not you're gonna have oxidation problems.
I like the newer GMC's
Impressive! Especially being a chevy truck 😆
Seriously, make a video showing what you use to spray it on!
Brand new 2022 Ford F'n-150 here, and want to hit everything steel I can get to. What do you use to spray?
Good Luck..I'm a chevy man, but those have the rust built in…
Re-apply at least once a year. The road sand blasts it off.
You don't a chevy?
Biggest scam
I use my old oil once every few years. Old school but effective. A little messy for the first couple days but definitely works
GM would be the perfect choice to use this on
Nothing stops rust. If you live in the rust belt. It’s only last a few years then have to do it again. Rust proofing is a big Business in Michigan. As the whole state uses salt to clear the roads up here
I hate commercials like this crap
I couldn't even install side rails on a 2020 Silverado without using a tap to clean the rusty threads. Rust proof is a good use of money for these trucks.
I live in Oklahoma so we get some winter and some salt and snow. Considering doing fluid film on my 2018. It's still rust free but I want to keep it as long as possible. I'd have to drive to Northern Missouri or Iowa to get it done. Those are the closest dealers to me.
I picked up a can after watching your videos & I can say that stuff is as good as you say it is. Also a big plus, it smells good too.
OOOHHH YEAHHHH! AC/DC
That 19' Chevy truck with the busted ground needed a LOT of this stuff!
May I ask what it cost to do a fluid film on a vehicle
I always have a can of fluidity film on hand
My dads SW boat trailer is covered with fluid film and grease and doesn't rust. He was ahead of the game on this.
what's it cost roughly to have a full-size truck done with fluid film?
I live in the pacific northwest, what do you recommend for forest fire prevention? 🔥
It works. I use it too.
I want to stop your car from rusting move the hell out of the rust belt move South get out of the snow and salt and now the other crap then you can get a car that won't rust but as long as you stay in the rust belt you going to have a rusty car and all the undercoating in the world it's not going to stop it because Russ gets in and spots and starts it doing its job and you don't even know it's there until it's too damn late and by that time it's so far gone it will cost you more to fix the rust than it would be to go down and buy a new car but if you got a good engine and transmission and rear end at all good interior get on the internet and look up Russ free cars in your body style or truck style and buy you a new body and transfer all that stuff out of that old rusty car into a new body and make sure it's got a title and there's no means on that title because a lot of people says okay my child is clean I got it right here but they're not telling you there's liens on it then when you go down to register it you find out there's lean on that title that the guy didn't tell you just make sure the title is clean and then transfer all that stuff out of it did you got another car that might last the last another 2 years if you're lucky and then we got a choice you do the same thing over again or go buy a new car until you get out of the rust belt that's the only option you got because like I said undercoating it's not going to do much good trust me I have lived there my daddy brought a pot of brand new 62 Chevrolet Impala and one winner and that sucker would eat up you throw it for another year went and bought another car then we got out of the rust belt we went South all right man you have yourself a good day and I hope you have good luck stopping your car for rust but if you figure out how let everybody know and you will make a fortune
Now you are hiding the known Chevy oil leaks.
A cheap knock off of NHOU
I'll use spray bed liner on the bottom of trucks
Here we have been doing that for the last 40years. It's a bit late u start with that in America 😉
i drive a 96 Toyota T100 with minimal rust fluid film work's
You can't save em all, but if you get through to 1 at a time.
Fluid film makes the factory wax coating re activate and dissolve off the frame. You can buy the actual wax GM used from daubert chemical.
Fluid film only lasts about 2-3 months up here in Central New York state. Doesn't get me through the winter. Try surface shield by pb blaster. Far superior product for the under body.
That’s easy, just move south and out of NY!
One would think a feller could make a perty good business just using a hotsy on a lift on the under carriage during the winter months. Then doing the fluid film every spring.
Who makes this product??
Personally I just like to make sure all of my vehicles have self-lubricating chassis to make sure I don't have any rust.
I slobber my 2000 superduty with Fluid Film every year. Usually use 2 gallons at a time😂. I dont mess around. I hate rust. On hot days it’s leaking oil out of every orifice 👌
