Toyota cars for sale in Ireland: https://www.carzone.ie/used-cars/toyota
Very well informed video and nicely presented the great car
54k €? I paid less than 40k for mine new although I don’t live in Ireland. Jeez!
Absolutely love mine!! Not much of a family hothatch like the GTI, but a true drivers car!! Love it❤️❤️❤️
Sport mode 70:30
Track mode 50:50
No race mode 😉
Geez, I paid 37,200 Euros for my GRY Rallye. I could never afford this if I live in EU 🤣🤣
Great cars love mine and got another coming in October
looking forward to picking up mine on Friday , why do people pay so much over the top . I bought mine today for £36k delivery miles 5 , why would you pay £40k 🤦♂
bit late to the party, it's been reviewed to death.
Loving mine a year in. My golf r is faster but just feels wooden in responses after driving the GR.
Should I buy a reliable Toyota or an unreliable VW or Ford? Damn, that's a good question?!
Poor research done for this review. They used this car in WRC this year – they just couldn’t use the 3 cylinder engine they got special approval for due to the switch to hybrid. Got the different modes wrong as well.
Don’t get why you chose those cars to compare it to as well – they’re completely different cars that are built to do different things. It’s like comparing an MX5 to a Carrera GT because they’re both 2 seater sports cars. Would make more sense to compare it to the Civic Type R or Golf R for performance and price.
Title is confusing as well calling it “The Last Hot Hatch” when the new Civic Type R is around the corner – no doubt Mercedes will keep the A35 or A45 AMG going and I haven’t heard anything about VW getting rid of the Golf R anytime soon??
Think you mean “The Last Rally Homologation Special?”
I've considered a VW GTI R – just didn't like it. Looked too vanilla. Didn't inspire me much.
I've owned a 2014 Fiesta ST from new – Loved it all these years (at times over my 993-:) & would not have considered any other hatch!
TILL – they announced the GR Corolla in spring – I put my name on a list that very day & should be getting a Circuit next spring. The 30/70 split sold me on the GR – Now I can do proper drifts under way more control on gravel, dirt & wet pavement. (couldn't really do it well with the FWD ST)
BTW – if I had a choice – I'd get the GR Yaris…
