I'd cut that bolt with a mini grinder/cutter drilling it I think it is going to spin like a top and be twice the work

whats the name of that black sticky stuff used with your slide hammer.
Think the glue was acting too much as a cushion for the slide hammer as it initially impacts. That slide hammer and a dolly around to the back of the wing would work better.
