You guys should put the drag rail in the mini bike with the 3 engines on it up against each other that would be an awesome race
Can't wait to see it fire up
Go with the 999cc v twin
I would love to see y’all put a 670cc on a mini bike that would be awesome!!!
should of put a rotary engine in it
Dayum, guys the shop is looking incredible!!!
Awesome content, keep up the good work!
Should have gotten a gasket !
chariots of the go-karts! They all sound like Hondukis 😂 https://youtu.be/kleJ0cCkfV8
Look into a crankshop carb I'd start with a 52mm a engine with that size could use it… I run a 52 on my 500cc alky 2 stroke
Charles is awesome!
Lectron. Flatslide.
If normal a/f on gas I'd 14.7 and u want 6.1 wouldn't your jet more then double in size?
Use Traxxas Top Fuel as your alternative methanol fuel!
Actually when you have 3 piston rings you're supposed to offset the rings by 90 degrees. It goes 2 rings by 180 3 rings by 90. Did you have the head and jug resurfaced. I hope so or you're going to have a weak spot in your compression chambers.
You need to stop CLOWNING SO MUCH AND FOCUS ON THE ENGINES TECHNICAL STUFF SO THAT US ENGINEERS OF GOING QUICK CAN HELP SHOW YOU ALL HOW TO NOT DESTROY CRAP BC IF YOU BOOST AN ENGINE YOU DONT WANNA OPEN UP RING GAP YOULL JUST HAVE MORE BLOWBY GASES WHICH YOU BETTER HAVE A VENT AND FILTER ON THAT VTWIN
Yeah interference it's called
I saw guys in Texas in the 80s running .040 undersized pistons in V8s that Revved So damn fast it was crazy and they didn't come apart at high extremes bc they were Balanced to Zeros many 000s
Move along gentlemen
Actually 120° would be optimal but the rings are rotating on the lands so
Anticipation is killing me guys!
Make an affordable kit. Every kid with a go-kart will want one! Re: Ring gap. How hot does the engine get when, after a warm up, it runs for only a few seconds. If you were boosting around a track wouldn't that be different? Would you get blow-by if you didn't get the temp just right?
【p】【r】【o】【m】【o】【s】【m】 😬
Please tell me you opened up the secondary compression ring a little more than the primary compression ring. It will help reduce the chance of ring flutter on the primary ring.
Love to see how this thing turns out.
Hey guys…!!! Why is Go PowerSports so nice to you guys and So very Rude to everyone else…?? I called them from Ohio to order some parts and also get some prices on some stuff and they were very rude to me on the phone….actually rushing me off the phone…I love you guys…don't get me wrong…I ve been watching you since you started the channel…and will till the day that I die…which may be soon since I have Terminal cancer….Go power sports can go………##%% %$#@$%&%$%…!! LOve you guys
TERMINAL LUNG CANCER
Not from Smoking…..From working with Asbestos
Don't Worry….It'll Be Fine…!!
You're supposed to change that copper fire ring on the heads anytime the head comes off
Who else remembers when this engine had that mildly concerning crankshaft slop after the rebuild and first few initial test hits🤣👀
I reckon a flat floor under the drag rail would be quite good… may get a higher top speed with less drag
At 14:47 the front wheel is spinning by its self on the drag rail
im not sitting here combing thru the comments to look and see. but did you guys really put the oil return into the crank case vent? thats why you blew out the gasket. you need to VENT the crank case pressure. not block it off.. it has to go somewhere.. the oil return needs to be put lower on the motor. this is why they pop a hole in the oil pan on cars. the top of the motor is for venting gases. you dont need to open ring gaps. your already getting blow by from the added crank pressure
