I struggle to see how a force can justify the cost of this when their officers aren’t getting decent pay.
If it belongs to the Tuber then the mods shouldn’t be done in the police workshop, can’t have forces mechanics working on this when there real police vehicles to fix and maintain.
If it does belong to the force to make it the best police car would be to make it look like a base model focus, cover it in dents and fake rust. Otherwise as soon as that’s on the road and stops anyone it’s reg and details will be all over the net. Probably are already
