im stuck on mine rn 🙁 did u have a video on how to do the trans swap on 39 with the old 2 clutch switch style? I thought i did it right but obviously not since she still wont start XD. My car locks the key in the ignition so it still thinks its in gear im guessing?

You can already manually shift with the automatic, but just next and previous gear, that's right. Enjoy your manual!

If I'm being honest I hate the manual shifter knobs on bmws i have an 2008 e93 335i manual they are held on with friction so if you wanted to get a new lnob you have to buy a threaded adapter and it's just a bunch of work that Doesn't need to be done that is

Nicely done! My auto transmission just went out on my 2014 focus. Are there transmission shops that will do this?
